<span style="font-size: small;">The Mexican government has clarified and amended the resolutions published on July 4th, 2014 as follows: </span></div>

Mexican Sellers are not required to obtain the CURP nor the RFC to sell
a property unless they wish to attempt exempting capital gains (in that
case, the requirements are the same: permanent residency, bills to
prove the property is their primary household, RFC and the letter from
SAT –formato 36- acknowledging the seller as a permanent resident for
tax purposes). </span></div>

<span style="font-size: small;">*Mexican Sellers will have to provide a copy of their CURP and RFC prior to closing. </span></div>
